Bruder was founded by brothers Héctor and Danny Martínez, engineers who set out to honor German brewing tradition with a bold, unique twist. What started as a small-batch passion project grew into an internationally awarded craft brewery, earning 18+ international accolades. Today, several of our signature creations — including our acclaimed Maracuyá (passion fruit) IPA — stand as award-winning beers, having proudly taken home multiple Gold Medals at the World Beer Awards.

Today, that same passion for the craft lives on right here in Oviedo — a full brewpub brewing beer on-site and serving outstanding dishes and craft cocktails. We call ourselves “recolectores de momentos” — collectors of moments — and we’d love for you to make one with us.
